All prices are in US Dollars, and orders are not binding until payment has been accepted and verified. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal, Purchase Orders and ACH. All credit cards are charged at the time of purchase.
Net 30 / Purchase Orders
We will gladly accept your purchase orders after your credit application has been approved. Please send us a completed copy of our credit application, plus credit references, to email@example.com. All requests will receive a response within one business day.
Any terms or provisions of the purchaser’s order, which are not expressly contained in, or in any way are contrary to the terms of the corresponding invoice, shall not be binding on seller and shall not be considered and applicable to the sale.
A SERVICE CHARGE AT THE RATE OF 18% ANNUM IS PAYABLE BY PURCHASER FROM DUE DATE OF THE INVOICE UNTIL DATE OF PAYMENT, OR THE HIGHEST CHARGES ALLOWED BY LAW, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
If any action or proceeding is instituted to recover from purchaser any sums unpaid under any contract or order or if the account is referred to any attorney for collection, purchaser shall pay seller reasonable attorney’s fees.
Automated Clearing House (ACH)
We can accommodate transfers directly to our bank. Please contact us to set up an ACH transfer.
Web Store Pricing
Although we strive to have accurate product and pricing information, we reserve the right to change a products price due to price increases or errors. We will contact you for approval before proceeding with any change in pricing on your order.
We charge Sales Tax for all orders shipping to Texas and Louisiana and any state where the current laws require we collect tax. If you are tax exempt and have a Tax Exemption Certificate, please first set up your Control Products customer account on our site. Next email your Tax Exemption Certificate to firstname.lastname@example.org. One of our team will notify you when your account is approved for tax exempt purchasing. All sales made without a previously approved tax exempt account will be charged tax and this tax can not later be refunded.
Control Products retains the exclusive and sole right to validate all warranty claims. If there is a claim, customer must obtain a return merchandise authorization number by contacting customer support and sending the product back with shipping prepaid – shipping will not be covered. Products returned without authorization will be refused and sent back to the customer. Warranty is void if product has been abused, accidentally or intentionally damaged or modified; operated or maintained contrary to the instructions in the operating manual. We reserve the right to repair or replace items returned under warranty at our option.
Except as is otherwise provided, Seller makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use, nor is there any other express or implied warranty associated with the sale of these goods. Buyer acknowledges the use of its own skill and expertise in the selection of the products and does not rely or form the basis of the bargain on any oral or written statements, representations, or samples made or presented to Buyer prior to or concurrent with the execution of this contract. Seller assumes no liability for any technical advice given to Buyer on the use of the goods purchased, and Buyer expressly agrees that such advice will be used at its own risk.
Control Products retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or order cancelled. To obtain a refund or exchange, prior approval must be given by Control Products. Please obtain a return authorization number by contacting customer support at email@example.com.
Generally, Control Products will consider returns within thirty (30) days of purchase. Refunds and exchanges are for the cost of product only; shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Control Products issues refunds generally within 72 hours of receiving the returned item, once we verify that it is in re-sellable condition. There is no restocking fee on returns due to defective merchandise or Control Products shipping errors (if reported within 30 days). All other returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Freight must be prepaid by the customer and will be reimbursed for defective merchandise and Control Products shipping errors.
Refunds will be processed only to the original method of payment (credit or debit card) used for placing the order.
Base Rate shipping charges are added to each order prior to checkout and you may be asked to approve additional shipping charges for heavy items.
Not all shipping rates are guaranteed – in some rare cases, shipping charges quoted in checkout may be less than the actual cost of shipping due to reasons out of our control – Control Products reserves the right to charge you the additional incurred fees. Control Products is not responsible or liable for delays caused by any of the carriers or manufacturers we use and are not responsible or liable for damages caused to products in transit, or products lost in transit.
We offer free USPS ground shipping on orders over $195 weighing less than 30 pounds actual within the continental US only. Exclusions apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. In the event of a return, the original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Orders above $95 and weighing less than 30 pounds actual within the continental US only, are eligible for USPS Ground flat rate shipping for $4.95. Exclusions apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. In the event of a return, the original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
We use USPS and UPS to deliver our orders within the United States. Orders requiring freight shipment are sent using the best available carrier.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will forward the tracking number to you by email.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of the selected products and delivery address. During the checkout process available shipping options and prices will be displayed. If you believe the price is inaccurate, please contact us prior to finalizing your order.
Orders received for out-of-stock item(s) will be placed on back order. An estimated shipping date will be emailed to you when it becomes available.
All orders ship complete unless otherwise authorized. To authorize partial shipments, please call us at the time of order. You will be charged for each additional shipment. After selecting to ship partial, you will receive shipments for the items as they become available.
Will-Call or Collect Shipments Older Than 30 Days
We will not be responsible for loss or damage to orders that are older than 30 days and have not been picked up by the customer.
We currently do not sell internationally.
